Relating to a really fun phase when your estrogen is rising, your energy slowly but surely comes back and so does your mood!!🤩⚡️✨

Who doesn’t like to feel fabulous and creative stepping out of the menstrual phase so easily?

I can definitely relate meme 1💁🏼‍♀️🩷

TIP: don’t get too excited on your energy and make lots of social appointments for 2-3 weeks ahead. Even though your energy is rising, during the luteal phase you might have different needs!

I’ll try to wait and see if it will get better, I’ll try to wait and see if it will get better, I thought when the hormonal acne appeared on my face, back and chest.

Also the low energy and hormonal migraines will eventually fade out, it must be. Right?

When I spoke to my girlfriends about it they also remained hopeful. Some shared that they felt and looked much better when they started a vegan diet, so perhaps I should try this too.
