Ingredients:
- Buckwheat/ Lentil pasta
- Vegan chicken stripes
- bio zucchini
- bio onion 🧅
- bio baby spinach 🍃(baked in drop of olive oil)
- (vegan) pesto
- alpro soya cooking cream
- Pepper, salt and chili

Enjoy this comfy and oh so simple dinner!🍲🥰

Relating to a really fun phase when your estrogen is rising, your energy slowly but surely comes back and so does your mood!!🤩⚡️✨

Who doesn’t like to feel fabulous and creative stepping out of the menstrual phase so easily?

I can definitely relate meme 1💁🏼‍♀️🩷

TIP: don’t get too excited on your energy and make lots of social appointments for 2-3 weeks ahead. Even though your energy is rising, during the luteal phase you might have different needs!

I’ll try to wait and see if it will get better, I thought when the hormonal acne appeared on my face, back and chest.

Also the low energy and hormonal migraines will eventually fade out, it must be. Right?
